Both Free and Pro can apply for ALLY. Approval depends on domain verification and ongoing handling of accessibility reports, not on whether the site pays for Pulse.

Pro is available monthly or annually. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout, payment methods, taxes, and invoices. Accesserty does not directly store full payment-card numbers.
Subscriptions renew for the billing period accepted at checkout until cancelled. Manage or cancel through the customer portal linked from Console. After cancellation, Pro access generally continues until the paid period ends. Refunds and payment disputes follow Lemon Squeezy terms and applicable law.

Pulse interaction signals and machine scans help prioritise pages for human review. They are not a complete WCAG 2.2 AA audit, assistive-technology test, or legal compliance decision.
